I am Evert-Jan and life in a small town near the german border.
We have been starting transmitting on shortwave since late 90s, when we started small and discovered that playing various music such as 80s 90s and cheerful dance was well received.
I was first active (and still) on mediumwave, shortly after that i started on Shortwave, this frequency gives me even more pleasure.
fading is more present here and it crackles nicely.
We are now running with a homemade transmitter with inverted-V antenna system.
Signals are now received all over Europe and far beyond
